Pricing questions answered
The free trial includes all Starter tier features: 1 brand keyword, domain monitoring via CT log and WHOIS, Telegram scrape, and up to 20 takedown requests. No credit card required to start. After 14 days, you'll receive a summary report of all detections and can choose to continue with a paid plan.
Each abuse contact submission to a registrar or platform counts as one takedown request. If a domain requires escalation to ICANN or a follow-up email to the same registrar, those are counted as a single request lifecycle — not separate requests. Growth and Enterprise tiers have unlimited requests.
The 4-hour SLA measures time from initial detection (CT log alert or WHOIS delta match) to the timestamp of our first abuse contact submission to the registrar or platform. This is logged automatically in your takedown evidence archive. If we miss the SLA window, Growth and Enterprise customers receive a service credit per the terms in your agreement.
Starter covers 1 brand keyword. Growth covers 3. Enterprise covers unlimited keywords. A "brand keyword" can include your primary brand name, product sub-brands, executive names (for CEO fraud protection), or any term you want monitored. Contact us if your keyword requirements are complex — we can configure custom keyword sets.
Growth tier includes Slack/webhook alerts and REST API access. Enterprise tier adds SIEM webhook integration (Splunk-style) and Jira ticket creation. All tiers support email alerts and CSV export. See our integrations page for current supported targets and webhook payload format.
Yes — annual contracts are available at a 15% discount from monthly pricing. Enterprise annual contracts also include priority SLA response during major brand abuse events. Contact sales to discuss annual terms.
Takedown evidence (screenshots, abuse contact logs, registrar responses) is retained for 24 months on all paid plans. Detected domain data is retained for 12 months. Raw scrape data used for detection is processed and discarded within 7 days. See our security page for full data handling details.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual contracts include a 14-day early termination window at the start of the contract. No long-term lock-in for monthly customers.
